Cancellations / Reschedules
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded unless due to sudden illness. Sessions cancelled with ample notice will either be rescheduled, or will rollover to the following month. If the cancelled session is rolled over, the following month’s payment will be adjusted.
During winter months there will be cancellations due to weather. Mobile clients are responsible for monitoring the weather in their area and providing ample notice.
All sessions for a given month are to be paid in full on the first of the month. There will be a $15 late fee for payments not received by the 5th of the month.
